Domestic Returns & Exchanges (Australia)
Eligibility

Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Swimwear & Underwear: Must be unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liner and tags intact.

Clothing, Towels, Caps & Bandanas: Must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale & Clearance Items: Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Exchanges

Available for full priced items only, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for returning the original item.

We cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Returns & Refunds

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.

A $9 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to Return an Item (Australia)

Email support@micicca.com with your order number and return request.

We’ll send return instructions and a pre-paid label (for refunds).

Send the item back as instructed.

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
International Orders
Due to international shipping costs and customs processes, returns and exchanges for international orders are limited.

International orders are final sale, except where items arrive faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
We strongly recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing, fabric, or fit, our team is happy to help before you place your order.
International Faulty or Approved Returns

Exchanges are not available.

Approved returns must follow our instructions.

Items should be marked Returned Goods, No Commercial Value to help reduce customs charges (where possible).

Any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred may be deducted from the refund once the item is received and inspected.
Final Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Worn, washed, or hygiene seal-removed swimwear cannot be returned.
