Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with MICICCA. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and stress-free. Please see the details below for Australian and International orders.


Domestic Returns & Exchanges (Australia)

Eligibility

  • Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Swimwear & Underwear: Must be unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liner and tags intact.

  • Clothing, Towels, Caps & Bandanas: Must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale & Clearance Items: Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Exchanges

  • Available for full-priced items only, subject to stock availability.

  • If the size or style requested is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

  • Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be made using our pre-paid return label.

  • A $9 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending your replacement item.

How to Return an Item (Domestic Orders Only)

  1. Email support@micicca.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.

  3. Send your parcel back using the label provided.

  4. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.


International Orders

Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on international orders at this time. We kindly recommend checking product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us — we are always happy to help and provide guidance before you purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will work closely with you to find the best solution and make things right.

Additional Information for International Orders

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.

  • Full-priced items may only be returned if faulty or damaged.

  • Returns must follow our provided process and instructions.

  • Returned parcels must be clearly marked “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to help reduce unnecessary import duties. While this may reduce the chance of fees, we cannot guarantee all customs offices will waive them. Any duties, taxes, or charges billed to us will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds for eligible items will be issued to your original payment method after inspection. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees will also be deducted from the refund.


Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Domestic (Australia): Full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. However, sale or clearance items and swimwear that has been worn, washed, or is missing its hygiene liner cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.

  • International Orders: Due to the high cost and complexity of shipping, we cannot offer returns or exchanges except in cases where items arrive damaged or faulty. All other items, including sale or clearance items, are final sale.
