Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note: Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order and is not included in the delivery timeframe.

Shipping Regions and Rates

Shipping times and rates vary by region. Below is an outline of our flat-rate shipping costs. Flat rates are based on parcel weight (under or over 250g), and the final rate will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking: All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your parcel is shipped.

Lost Package: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@micicca.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Duties and Taxes for International Orders

Please note: customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over these fees, and we cannot predict or pre-pay them on your behalf.

You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or fees required to receive your parcel when it arrives in your country.
If you refuse the shipment due to these charges, your order may not be refunded.
